We may hold your name, role, employer, work email, and related business contact details. We may also hold notes from conversations, briefing requests, and engagement records where we work together.
We use this data to run the practice: respond to enquiries, deliver advisory work, keep records, and send relevant business emails to corporate contacts about our work for newly appointed CEOs.
Where we have a contract with you, we process data to perform that contract. Where you request a briefing via the website, we process the details you send so we can reply. For B2B outreach to corporate email addresses, we rely on legitimate interests: offering a relevant professional contact to newly appointed CEOs and their offices, balanced against your right to object.
Business emails identify John Corr / John Corr Advisory Ltd and include a clear opt-out. If you prefer not to hear from us, reply stop to any email, or write to ceo@johncorr.com. We will not email you again for marketing or outreach.
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data for us (for example email hosting, website hosting, and form handling). They act on our instructions. We share data only where the law requires it or where it is necessary to deliver an engagement.
Enquiry and outreach records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or longer where the law requires. Engagement files follow normal professional retention for advisory work.
Under UK GDPR you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability where those rights apply, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The public site is mainly static. Any analytics or form tools we use should be limited to what is needed to run the site and respond to you. Details may change as tools change; ask us if you need the current list.
